The excellent service standard at the reception/check-out counter and the good spread of thematic buffet dinner are worth mentioning.
There is no safe deposit box in the room. The TV set is not the flat screen LCD type as illustrated.

Great view from the room and comfortable bed. the wifi was also fast and easy to connect. the hotel was located in a convenient area, close to restaurants and shops.
The bathroom had a very poor drainage system, giving off a foul smell. the room was dark and uncomfortable to stay in.

I stayed at this luxurious hotel and it was truly a delightful experience. The prime location in the city center was very convenient, putting me close to the city hall and train station. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, from the receptionist to the security guards. I even received a complimentary room upgrade during my stay, which was a pleasant surprise. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and a range of amenities including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great addition.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in the city center. The staff were outstanding in their service and the range of amenities provided added to the overall experience.

We stayed at this hotel as a stop over on our way to Yogjakarta because it was very close to the train station about 20 minutes walk. The hotel staff were very helpful and check in/out was easy. The room was a large room but slightly dated, in saying that it was very good value for money and I would definitely stay there again should I be in Surabaya.
There was nothing to really dislike.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I enjoyed the spacious rooms, which were cleaned daily, and the extensive breakfast buffet with a variety of local and international options. The hotel is also located in a convenient and accessible area.
I was disappointed with the outdated bathroom facilities, which could use some upgrading. Additionally, the hotel could do better with the quality of their toiletries. while there were some drawbacks, my Christmas stay at this hotel was satisfactory.

A reasonable price 4 star hotel, very clean, staff super friendly and communicate with fluently english, definitely will stay at here again. VERY GOOD LOCATION in the city.
1.Safe deposit box upon request, not built in. 2.Bathroom dustbin is those plastic cheap dustbin, totally unmatch with the hotel. 3.Renovation in progress, they start renovate in the morning, but the noise is low anyway, doesnt bother me at all. 4.breakfast not that tasty, the cooked food not really "fresh",it taste like prepared at 3am.
